Job summary

Meron & Kemboi Financial Agency is seeking energetic sales professionals for a hybrid life insurance role in the Houston area. You will connect with clients by phone and Zoom, nurture warm inbound leads, and grow your income through outbound opportunities while meeting production goals.

Weeks 1–2 are in-office training in Houston, followed by a hybrid rhythm: 4 days remote and 2 days in office. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to leadership.

We set you up for success before we ever send you home.

Weeks 1–2: Full In-Office Training, Your first two weeks are spent in our Houston office learning our system, shadowing top producers, and building your foundation the right way — in person, where the energy is contagious and the learning is fast.

Week 3 and Beyond: Your Hybrid Rhythm

• 4 days from home — work your leads, run client consultations, own your schedule
• 2 days in the office — team energy, live training, and accountability

What You'll Earn

This is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential, your flexibility doesn't cap your income, your effort does.

• $800 – $1,200 average per sale
• Part-time agents earn $50K+ in year one
• Full-time agents earn $80K – $300K+

Requirements

• Houston area resident or Surrounding/| U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
