Job summary

Meron & Kemboi Financial Agency is seeking motivated agents for a hybrid role in the Houston area. You will handle life insurance conversations via phone and Zoom, balancing inbound leads with outbound opportunities to grow income quickly.

The role offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings potential. You can train in-office during Weeks 1–2 and then work 4 days remotely and 2 days in the office, with strong support and mentorship to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

• Houston area resident or surrounding area and able to commit to in-office training.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain quickly.
• Reliable internet and a focused workspace for remote days.

We set you up for success before we ever send you home.

Weeks 1–2: Full In-Office Training , Your first two weeks are spent in our Houston office learning our system, shadowing top producers, and building your foundation the right way — in person, where the energy is contagious and the learning is fast.

Week 3 and Beyond: Your Hybrid Rhythm

4 days from home — work your leads, run client consultations, own your schedule

2 days in the office — team energy, live training, and accountability

What You'll Earn

This is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential, your flexibility doesn't cap your income, your effort does.

$800 – $1,200 average per sale

Part-time agents earn $50K+ in year one

Full-time agents earn $80K – $300K+

Daily pay + performance-based incentive
