Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry-level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) to perform on-site monitoring at client sites. The role emphasizes outdoor work, calibrations, and reporting changes in components, with safety training and potential for growth.

Starting pay is $21.50/hr, with a defined career path, paid time off, benefits, and annual profit-sharing or bonuses. Training is provided to develop skills and safety awareness in environmental protection tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet 8-10+ hours daily on uneven ground and carry equipment.
• Love being outdoors and work safely in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300 ft).
• Ability to understand and use hand-held devices and demonstrate some mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks that could emit pollutants.
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify changes to components during monitoring and report.
• Support leak repair activities at customer sites as required.
