Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace engineering or related field.
• Graduates within last year able to start Fall 2027.
• Experience with fabrication, assembly, and testing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, models, and procedures.
• Relevant internship or co-op showing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with design and systems engineering teams.
• Translate engineering intent into hardware ready for test and flight.
• Create work instructions and routings for technicians.
