Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across diverse properties. You will perform basic landscaping tasks under supervision, operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, and help maintain plant materials and landscape features.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed. Training on level 1 equipment provided; valid driver's license if operating BrightView fleet vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and dependable
• Able to safely operate equipment like mowers, edgers, and blowers
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers, trim and edge; operate gas-powered blower
• Prune shrubs and low trees; maintain flowerbeds
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment; remove trash and debris
• Maintain courteous, friendly demeanor with guests and customers
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader
