Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Red Bluff, CA is hiring for an entry-level labor position at the Red Bluff Millwork site. This full-time role offers hands-on learning across production, maintenance, and supervision pathways within our wood products operations.

You will train on various machine stations, perform cleaning and material handling, lift and stack lumber, and adapt to fast-paced shifts, overtime, and weekend work during peak production.

• All applicants must be at least age 18

• Find yourself in an entry-level position with opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
• Learn to fill in on various machine stations in our millwork facility
• Shovel, rake, and sweep wood byproducts
• Stack and pile lumber
• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
• Work may consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times
