Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Burney, California is seeking entry-level production laborers. This role offers hands-on learning across multiple stations within the mill, with opportunities to advance into production, maintenance, or supervision.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, perform physical tasks such as lifting, shoveling wood byproducts, and stacking lumber. Overtime and weekend shifts may occur during busy production periods.

About the Position
