Job summary

Virtue America in New Jersey is seeking an Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to support daily laboratory operations including sample preparation, testing, and documentation in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.

You will assist with laboratory experiments, equipment maintenance, sample handling, and ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP, GLP, FDA regulations, and laboratory safety standards while building a career in pharmaceutical lab operations and research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related life sciences field.
• 0–2 years of lab operations or related internship experience.
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist routine laboratory testing and analyses.
• Prepare and process laboratory samples.
• Maintain reagents, buffers, and materials.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Document results and maintain notebooks.
• Follow SOPs, GDP, and safety procedures.
