The role involves basic lab testing on soils and concrete samples, data entry, and ensuring QA/QC documentation. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must obtain lab certifications applicable to the lab work performed.
• Strong communication and basic math skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
• Follow directions and work under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic laboratory tests on construction material samples under supervision.
• Assists with sample preparation and testing procedures.
• Compiles test results, data input, data processing, and other administrative duties.
• Maintains clean and organized laboratory environment and calibration records.
• Supports calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and QA/QC documentation.
• Occasional fieldwork and reporting duties as needed.
