Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Summary

In this role, you'll have a great introduction into a production laboratory and gaining great experience with opportunities to grow. Responsible for providing supportive activities in the operation of the lab, samples and related daily maintenance.

This is a great entry level position for individuals with little to no prior lab experience -- we are willing to train!

Essential Functions

• Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items.
• Cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods; picks up, transports and delivers glassware to required location(s) keeping wash and storage area clean and organized.
• Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; receives guidance and direction or escalates when required.
• May pick up, transports and delivers samples, documents, materials and other items as needed.
• Assists with reviewing, completing and processing documents, databases, and related materials and information for sample pick up, transport and delivery.
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
• Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
  
  

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
