Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wipe surfaces, and clean kitchen equipment with designated cleaners.
• Keep floors free of trash and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house area.
• Wash dishes by hand or in a commercial dishwasher and ensure sanitation standards.
• Sort and store glassware, silverware, and cookware using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading supplies and support culinary tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
