Job summary

Steico Industries, Inc. in Oceanside, CA is hiring a KanBan Operator for the AM shift. No experience needed, pay $17.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience. You will cut material to length, face tube ends, deburr, trim, and log jobs in KPI/ERP systems.

Join a safety‑driven team and contribute to on‑time production goals. High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills are required; PPE provided. This is a full‑time on‑site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner.
• Requires English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to wear special PPE required to do the job (respirators and safety glasses).
• High School diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut material to length using horizontal/chop saws and follow the daily cut list.
• Face tube ends using end finish machines and square ends.
• Deburr tube ends using deburr tools and machine.
• Trim straight tubes to requested length and measure for accuracy.
• Log completed jobs in KPI/ERP systems.
