Job summary

You will learn billing, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support through hands-on guidance from experienced professionals. The role supports a hybrid schedule after an initial 90-day onsite period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, debits and credits, and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional personality and confidence communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Preparing journal entries and assisting with month-end close.
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting accounts receivable, invoicing, and recurring billing activities.
• Communicating with customers regarding billing questions.
• Researching discrepancies and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Assisting with annual audits and supporting documentation.
• Helping the accounting team with special projects and financial reporting.
