Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space at Cape Canaveral on Florida's Space Coast has an immediate opportunity for an entry level 1 Items Analyst to join our mission. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for sustainment procurements, coordinate with internal and external senior personnel, and manage supplier performance and obsolescence metrics.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Inventory Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts and Legal principles
• Experience using Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, and/or Access
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Secret level

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sustainment procurements
• Interact with internal and external senior personnel on matters requiring coordination between organizations
• Coordinate status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and obsolescence mitigation
• Work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure
• Demonstrate critical thinking / problem solving abilities
