Job summary

University of Florida is seeking an entry level IT Application Administrator I on the Gainesville campus to assist with enterprise content management solutions. This role supports development, testing, and deployment of OnBase and DocuSign based processes for 16 colleges and multiple administrative areas.

You will provide user support, create technical documentation, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and accurate content management across campus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with two years of relevant experience.
• OnBase and DocuSign experience preferred for enterprise content management.
• Strong analytical and IT testing skills are expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise content management solutions using OnBase and DocuSign.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer support for deployed solutions, including intake, triage, and resolution of tickets.
• Develop technical documentation (designs, specifications, testing, processes, workflows).
• Demonstrate excellent communications, teamwork, and customer service.
