Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials.
• Support the Services Delivery project team in liaising with the client to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions.
• Design the IRT solution to meet study requirements based on protocol and client discussions.
• Document all requirements accurately and participate in internal and external specification review meetings.
• Assist with client review meetings of IRT specifications and supporting documents, updating as required.
• Manage project schedules and scope, tracking internal and client tasks to meet milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional project team schedules and task assignments.
• Assist with creating the UAT plan, developing test scripts, coordinating data setup, and providing client support for UAT.
• Provide protocol-specific support after go-live.
