Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain TCA standards in all interactions with clients and personnel.
• Inspect, program, adjust, and repair irrigation systems as directed by the Irrigation Manager or project managers.
• Document employee and equipment use for each project.
• Monitor budgets for assigned work and communicate concerns to managers.
• Operate and maintain company equipment and vehicles properly, addressing malfunctions or safety issues.
• Follow all safety standards on jobs and TCA property.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in irrigation; leadership skills preferred.
• Applied knowledge of irrigation systems, at least 1 year preferred.
• Basic understanding of landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of zoning, laws, and guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license meeting TCA requirements.
• Effective communication skills with supervisors and co-workers.
