Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain company standards in all interactions, including with clients and personnel.
• Inspect, program, adjust, and repair irrigation systems as instructed.
• Document employee and equipment use for each project.
• Monitor budgets and communicate concerns with managers.
• Operate and maintain all equipment and vehicles properly, addressing malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain safety standards on all jobs and property.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of irrigation experience, with leadership skills and initiative.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, with at least 1 year of applied experience preferred.
• Understanding of landscape maintenance and relevant laws.
• Valid driver’s license meeting TCA requirements.
• Effective communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
