Coakley Brothers & Brothers Interiors in Milwaukee invites a creative Interior Designer I to join our design team. This entry- to early-career role supports the full design process on diverse client projects under the guidance of senior designers and the Director of Design.

You will contribute to programming, space planning, renderings, site visits, measurements, and presentation materials while developing technical proficiency and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (CIDA/FIDER preferred).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, CET, and 20-20/SPEC.
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design projects through programming, space planning, renderings, and specifications.
• Develop drawings, plans, and presentation materials under guidance.
• Participate in client meetings alongside Sales and Dual Designers.
• Conduct site visits, field measurements, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and follow internal processes.
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines reliably.
• Continue developing technical skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
