Job summary

Devine Business Group in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to build and nurture relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. You will guide clients through selecting the right insurance solutions while developing your own sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will be supported with licensing assistance, licensing reimbursement, mentorship from a successful sales manager, and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of professional experience (post-high school) considered.
• Growth mindset with a positive, driven attitude.
• A Health & Life insurance license is not required to apply, but must be obtained to perform the job (licensing reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses through outreach, networking, and consultations to identify insurance needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while developing skills in negotiation, communication, and closing deals.
