Job summary

Devine Business Group in Washington state is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to build and nurture relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. You will guide clients through choosing the right insurance solutions while pursuing aggressive sales targets in a supportive team environment.

This full-time, in-person role offers a 65,000 to 85,000 annual pay with uncapped commissions, licensing reimbursement, and comprehensive licensing/training support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional outside sales experience considered.
• Growth mindset with positive, driven attitude.
• Licensing not required to apply, but must be obtained to perform the job (licensing reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses through outreach, networking, and consultations to identify their insurance needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while developing skills in negotiation, communication, and closing deals.
