You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, attend meetings, visit local businesses, and manage your own portfolio, with performance-based pay including commissions, bonuses, and potential stock rewards.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Producer license; study and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
