As a 1099 independent contractor, you will focus on meeting clients, tailoring supplemental health insurance solutions, and building relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses while leveraging Salesforce to grow your network.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (sales/leadership/athletic experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from the ground up through hands-on and classroom training.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored supplemental health insurance solutions.
• Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
• Grow professional skills while making a positive impact in the community.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.
