Job summary

Ansay & Associates is seeking an entry-level Assistant Account Manager to support the Commercial Lines team with hands-on training and development toward an Account Manager or Internal Service Center role. You will learn the Agency Management System (AMS) and gain exposure to routine service and administrative tasks while building essential insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with daily service and administrative tasks.
• Process basic Certificates of Insurance.
• Submit simple policy changes and process endorsements.
• Assist with limited customer service inquiries.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the agency system.
• Shadow team members to build knowledge and skills.
• Complete scanning, documentation, and clean-up projects.
• Review renewal spreadsheets and assist with documentation processing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and related materials.
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Primarily non-client-facing responsibilities while in training.
• Learn and navigate the Agency Management System (AMS).
