American Power & Gas is hiring an Entry Level Representative for an onsite, full-time role in a busy call center. You will receive paid training and work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with guaranteed base salary plus commission. No weekends.

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required; open to entry-level, mid-level, and experienced candidates.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center with emphasis on inside sales and building relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
