Responsibilities

• Lead generation and engagement with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, receiving ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
