Job summary

M&D is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Humble, TX to assist customers at the counter, by phone, and via email. You will help select parts, process orders, and share pricing and shipping information while growing the parts business.

The role emphasizes frontline customer service, lead generation, and CRM activity. A bilingual advantage and Salesforce familiarity are welcome, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with walk-in customers at the front counter.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts and related products and services.
• Receive and process orders via counter, phone, and email.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other information.
• Answer questions about how a product operates or direct to the right person.
• Assist with any customer service issues that may arise.
• Responsible for both Incoming/Outbound Sales Calls.
• Develop new leads using referrals, web, and other electronic media.
• Maximize CRM data by documenting account activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
