Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent; technical molding training preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience; previous molding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plastic materials, molding processes, mold design/operation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Continually improves knowledge of plastic materials, molding process, and auxiliary equipment.
• Install, debug, validate and start-up new injection molding equipment.
• Operate presses and maintain proper molding conditions per work orders.
• Monitor quality and production metrics; maintain records and reports (SPC, QA).
• Assist in maintenance of auxiliary equipment and train new associates.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to GMP in the molding dept.
