Job summary

Division of Administration/Office of Technology Services in Louisiana is seeking an IT Infosec Associate Analyst to monitor, triage, and respond to cyber threats across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Two years of IT experience OR six years of full-time work experience in any field OR an associate's degree in information technology OR a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response preferred.
• Background in network security concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time security alerts and coordinate incident response.
• Triage, document, and escalate security incidents.
• Manage proxy-related tickets and enforce policy compliance.
• Analyze network traffic, hunt threats, and correlate logs.
• Coordinate account remediation and MFA enforcement.
