You will work with wholesalers, logistics managers and manufacturers to ensure orders reach job sites on time and sales are completed from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and how products meet them.
• Explain product prices, availability, uses and credit terms to customers.
• Quote prices, terms and bid specifications for proposals.
• Promote features based on customer needs and product capabilities.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Develop strategies to drive sales with new and existing customers.
• Meet with customers and vendors to ensure products meet needs and discuss service issues.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless customer service.
