Job summary

You will read prints, work from ladders and aerial lifts, coordinate with contractors, and perform testing for leaks while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year basic plumbing work experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 2 years commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing training certificate from BOCES Votec or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and valves for water, gas, steam, and air systems.
• Read and follow system prints and schematics.
• Operate equipment and perform testing for leaks.
• Work at heights using lifts and ladders.
• Coordinate with contractors and team members on installations.
• Order materials and manage CMMS work orders.
