Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience repairing and/or maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical industrial equipment or related industrial machinery.
- Must be able to conceptualize, fabricate, and develop necessary equipment and intricate systems.
- Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all times.
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
- In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.
- English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
- Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines.
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills/Mathematics.
Responsibilities
- Repair, upkeep, and maintenance of APP’s machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, industrial hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance as specified under supervision.
- Examine, adjust, repair, and maintain machines/equipment.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed by the department manager.
