Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our high-volume aluminum manufacturing facility. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production lines, maintain extrusion presses, and service conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and bearings.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to work independently and respond to breakdowns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems, cylinders, valves, and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using a multimeter and electrical schematics.

What We're Looking For

• Previousindustrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working withhydraulics and pneumatics
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience withmotors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and pumps
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns
