Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities for fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Analyze production performance, downtime, scrap, and operational trends.
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation.
• Assist with process improvements focused on safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Assist with implementation of operational and engineering changes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
