Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician to support the production of custom hydraulic systems. You will prepare equipment, assist with painting, and help the shop staff in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Prior industrial painting experience is not required; training is provided. Responsibilities are split 50/50 between painting and shop support, including surface prep, masking, coating application, inspection, and maintaining tools and workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn painting techniques and shop procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and surfaces for painting; mask components as needed.
• Paint custom hydraulic systems using available spray equipment; assist with coatings.
• Perform shop support tasks: material handling, cleaning, and organization.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and document results.
