Job summary

T-Mark is seeking an entry-level HVAC Installer in Buffalo, NY. No prior HVAC experience required; on-the-job training will prepare you to install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, thermostats and ductwork alongside seasoned pros.

You should be mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to learn. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
• HVAC installation experience or trade school is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Work alongside experienced installers and receive hands-on training.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
