T-Mark in Geneva, NY is seeking an HVAC Apprentice to learn from experienced technicians, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in HVAC. You will assist on residential service calls and participate in on-the-job training.

No prior experience required; a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• Genuine desire to build a long-term career in HVAC.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls.
• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.
• Complete work orders using company software.
• Participate in ongoing hands‑on technical training.
