Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Handle preventive maintenance – changing filters, cleaning coils, clearing drains, lubricating components, and checking belts and electrical connections.
• Help diagnose issues on guest-room units, PTACs, split systems, rooftop units, exhaust systems, commercial kitchen equipment, coolers, and freezers.
• Transport tools, parts, refrigerant cylinders, and supplies to work areas, and keep mechanical rooms and workshops clean and organized.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests with minimal disruption to guests.
• Lend a hand with general building maintenance – basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanical tasks.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Support emergency maintenance needs and after-hours calls as assigned
