Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience.
• Ice machine experience preferred.
• 3 year clean driving record.
• EPA license preferred.
• OSHA 10 license preferred.
• Technologically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC/R equipment, including filter changes.
• Conduct inspections and cleaning to ensure proper function and minimize downtime.
• Document work and take photos using a mobile app.
