Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HVAC experience.
• 3 year clean driving record.
• EPA license preferred.
• OSHA 10 license preferred.
• Technologically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Complete minor equipment adjustments (belt replacement, coil cleaning).
• Clean evaporator and condensing coils; ice machine cleaning.
• Maintain and document maintenance via mobile app with photos.
