Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 0–2 years HVAC exposure.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment operation.
• Ability to learn to operate tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on-call.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and access attics/basements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers to install HVAC equipment in customers’ homes.
• Assist with duct installation and accessories per specifications.
• Ensure customer service excellence and satisfaction.
• Deliver and remove equipment as needed for installations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of company vehicles and tools.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
