Job summary

Complete Comfort, a family-owned HVAC company in Chilhowie, VA, seeks an HVAC Installer to join our installation team. You will assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems on residential and light commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, mechanical, or HVAC-related work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; training provided.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• EPA certification is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
• Work on residential and light commercial job sites under the guidance of experienced installers.
• Use basic hand tools and learn to read schematics and blueprints.
• Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed.
• Keep job sites clean and organized and help track materials used.

Pay Range:

$16.00-22.00 per hour, depending on experience
