REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician in Denver, CO. You will support our growing team, gaining hands-on experience alongside seasoned technicians as you start your career in HVAC.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, assisting with system installation, setting up operation, and maintaining safety standards while collaborating with service and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician

REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HVAC. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced HVAC Service and Commercial Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment
• Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving record required)
• Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including:
  • Running gas hoses
  • Installing ducting and ventilation
  • Setting up equipment for operation
• Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Acceptable driving record (required)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
• Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)
• Recent trade school graduates encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (with on-call rotations and overtime opportunities; weekends as needed)
• Minimal overnight travel; regional travel to WY, UT, NM, and NE
