AAON, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support our rapid growth in Redmond, Oregon. You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping on a fast-paced line. Learn multiple trade skills and build a career in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual with a positive attitude and self-starter.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit parts for heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications from drawings.
• Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure parts.
• Position subassemblies in jigs and align using measuring tools.
• Operate power hand tools and inspect completed work.
