Your impact
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Entry Level HSE Coordinator to join Life Sciences North America in Houston, Texas.
As part of our team, in this initial remit you will provide HSE support related to a project in Houston, TX. You’ll serve as a partner working with project and construction management as well as the Line of Business (LOB) HSE Director to lead HSE excellence, and contribute to and/or develop strategies to win pursuits which ensure no worker injuries or negative impacts to our client’s business continuity. We’ll ask you to support BeyondZero performance that is inclusive of the LOB vision and strategic plans as well as provide overall support to the team and client assigned.
We’ll rely on you to take personal ownership and responsibility for protecting people from harm and for driving strategies and performance while supporting continuous improvement. You’ll own and maintain open communication with the Project HSE Director, project and peer Project HSE team members, and members of our Construction Management teams to provide technical resources guidance, to ensure alignment and to assure consistent implementation of HSE process tools that support LOB HSE strategic plans and objectives.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $82,170.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
