RISE Housing and Support Services invites applications for an entry-level Community Residence Counselor I to join the Rain House Program. The role focuses on empathetic, insightful support and advocacy for residents facing mental health challenges.

• Ability to operate independently, think on feet and follow training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals.
• Supervising residents’ daily living activities and house management to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Maintaining current and accurate documentation on resident progress.
• Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors for residents.
