Job summary

RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a per diem counselor to support residents in our community residences. This role offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, weekend, and asleep overnight shifts and the chance to gain experience in the human services field.

A starting rate of $18.50 per hour with a $250 bonus after six months and a company that promotes from within are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Interest in human services and dedication to learn.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal boundaries.
• Belief in compassion, respect, dedication, and inclusion.
• Background checks completed with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Acclimating residents to the structure of the program.
• Supervising residents’ daily living activities and house management.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
