You will conduct daily inspections, log activities and work orders, follow safety procedures, respond promptly to service requests, and support emergency responses while maintaining clean, organized work areas and reliable tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and guestroom systems under supervision.
• Respond to routine service calls in a timely and guest-friendly manner.
• Complete light tasks including bulb replacement, minor drywall repair, touch-up painting, and filter changes.
• Assist in troubleshooting maintenance issues and identifying root causes.
• Perform daily inspections and document findings for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activity and work orders.
