Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in hotel or related field preferred.
• Trade school coursework helpful.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to read and interpret codes and regs.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to hotel air conditioning system and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Take readings on equipment and test cooling towers.
• Replace and program televisions, light switches, fixtures, and pumps.
• Perform plumbing repairs and read blueprints.
