Silver Lining Home Health Care offers a free two-week Home Health Aide (HHA) certification course in Sussex County. We hire full- and part-time HHAs and provide in-person training, with shifts available after certification.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
• Criminal background check compliant with hiring guidelines
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/FingerPrinting required
• Able to lift, position, and transfer a client
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled classes combining lecture and hands-on skills practice
• Homework is assigned and required between sessions
• Optional open lab on Wednesdays for extra practice
• Fridays test your skills through competency sign-offs
• After course and orientation, you're ready to pick up shifts
